First time at SBM and loving the conceptual keynotes and clear story arcs!

Brilliant keynote by @buildingh.bsky.social at #SBM2025. Raising the concept that all products (not just tobacco/alcohol) impact on health and how we should be intentional about creating products that don’t make us sick.

End of fact-checking at Meta seems a retrograde step.
And bad news for @fullfact.org, who've done such a great job in this space.

This is enraging and is not just a Scotland thing (although worse when class intersects with nationality). We need to do better and students shouldn’t have to fight for the sector to recognise and deal with discrimination

A Cochrane review indicates that A&F is generally effective and leads to modest improvements in professional practice but...

The focus of your paper on testing a range of interventions is excellent. We need more robust, high quality rapid trials to push the science forward and to make change. Have you seen the work on implementation laboratories? qualitysafety.bmj.com/content/28/5...

In a vaccine summit in Nairobi recently we discussed how acceptance is way more of an issue than supply in the Global North but vice versa in the Global South. Important, I think, when we discuss ‘countries’. Probably should specify countries where in the world.
