Mein Tag verläuft wie folgt: Vormittag bis 13 Uhr "Nichtstun-Können-Müssen" liegend ruhen, sonst sofort Symptome, 🛏 via Social Media kommunizieren, 🤲 auf dem Handy schreiben, 📱 nur 2 x am Tag Essen (Frühstück 15 Uhr, Abendbrot 18 Uhr), auf die Toilette gehen - keine Kraft zum Kochen oder für Haushalt, alle paar Tage Baden - nicht Duschen, Zeit zum Spielen mit Kind auf Bett einplanen, max. 15-30min, danach Pause. Wenig Reden.

Here's a lovely photo of Bark. He's a gray fabric art statue. He looks sort of like a dog crossed with a seal. He has two black eyes of different sizes, two pointed ears, and a row of black lines running down the neck. There's a beautiful galaxy print fabric in the background.
