Not anymore, no. That's because you can only import certain types of orchid (the boring ones) without extra paperwork. Look at Elite Orchids in Gloucestershire for Paphiopedilum.

A nice hybrid, that. Many Paphiopedilum are really slow growing which is presumably why they aren't more popular.

I love to see it growing alongside those Bromeliads!
