My new book, Decolonising Tourism Education is available for pre order.
I examine who teaches tourism, how we teach and what we include or exclude. I draw on critical theory, Indigenous scholarship and international case studies to explore how tourism education can move towards more just pedagogies.

It’s not everyday I get to use a light sabre in an education and pedagogy keynote talk but today at #greenwich university my session about inclusive education was on being a #JEDI so why not! Thanks for the invite! May the force be with us all.
