On March 10, we hosted a panel discussion for International Women's Day on unconscious bias in academia. We discussed how bias affects hiring and women’s workload. Solutions like anonymized applications and diverse panels trained on DEI were proposed for a more inclusive future. #IWD #WomeninSTEM

Yesterday, KNESWO Feminist Initiative joined the Young Women’s Leadership Institute webinar to mark International Women’s Day. We unpacked the GBV & femicide report and called on policymakers to ensure every voice—especially marginalized communities—is included. #IWD #EndGBV
