Lore 01 of 03: Mizra originally hailed from a desert world and was a gentleman thief (but secretly a prince but didn't know it) He saw a cloaked figure stepped outside in his realm and he sneaked inside the portal and arrived in Rings. He discovered the town of Rings was a nudist town and so he secretly blended in with the locals. He turned a back alleyway and met up with a villainous organization in Rings and joined their ranks.

Here's Mizra's nsfw ref sheet! Lore 02 of 03: Mizra frequently fought against the heroes in Rings, but ultimately lost each time. After one scuffle, he stepped into Francis' Pharmacy and once he saw the frost bear, he instantly feel in love. Mizra touched hands with Francis and he smooched the frost bear. Of course, one of Francis' employees recognized him as a thief who frequently stole stuff at the Pharmacy and Soda shop. Francis asked the rat, and Mizra confessed. So the frost bear smiled and had the rat make a promise to go to the authorities and work with Francis to pay off the stolen goods. Mizra nodded as Francis smooched the rat. The two of them then went over to the Rings Voluntary Police Department and had some charges filed and then had Mizra get registered for citizenship.
