Of course, one of Francis' employees recognized him as a thief who frequently stole stuff at the Pharmacy and Soda shop. Francis asked the rat, and Mizra confessed. So the frost bear smiled and had the rat make a promise to go to the authorities and work with Francis to pay off the stolen goods. Mizra nodded as Francis smooched the rat. The two of them then went over to the Rings Voluntary Police Department and had some charges filed and then had Mizra get registered for citizenship.

Here's Francis' nsfw ref sheet! Lore: Francis hailed from a frozen land in another world. In his world, he was alone. He had no family, friends or lovers. It wasn't until a mysterious person came up to him and offered him a better chance at being with others. So Francis accepted and arrived in Rings thanks in part to Project Gate. Once in Rings, he took some classes at Rings City University and during his studies, he discovered liked filling prescriptions and talking with doctors. He graduated from RCU and opened his pharmacy and soda shop. At first, it was just him running the shop. But he felt alone. One night, he saw the stars overlooking Golden Rings State Beach and made a wish. A shooting star crossed and it fell to the beach. Francis looked and discovered a young fox kit. He named him Starr after the shooting star. The US secret government worked with frost bear and helped cover Francis' monetary dues with raising a child. During the time as Francis was raising Starr, he discovered that his adopted son had the powers of a superhero, but wasn't sure what his son's powers are, so he kept it a secret and kept an eye on Starr. Once Starr was 18, Francis told Starr the truth about how he found him and they mutually still love each other (not in a sexual way mind you.) Years since, Francis still owns and runs the pharmacy and soda shop, just now with a superhero adopted son, a former super villain boyfriend and a sweet good boy employee.
