This was so good and I'm going to do it again! Had to use up some chewy gf sourdough bread test. Roasted shallot and vegan black garlic cheese spread, jackfruit "pork", candied sweet plantain. Brought these to a work party and they were demolished. #Vegan #glutenfree #jackfruit
#Bakerlife I finally had a chance to eat a broken galette that I made for a popup. I had it in pieces. Bit of filling, bit of test baked dough. Hit the mark on texture and there's no way that anyone would guess that it's #GF and #vegan. Even got a beautiful browning and caramelization of the shell.
