Melt 🌱 butter, sauté onion + garlic ~5 min. Stir in sauces, add #Jackfruit + seasoning. Add cornstarch slurry, simmer ~30 min. Layer #potatoes, carrots, celery, #mushrooms in dish, pour over mixture, bake at 350°F ~1.5 hrs.

Sechs kleine blasse Blöcke Räuchertofu, die je in sechs Würfel kleingeschnitten sind, braten in Öl in einer Pfanne.
Ein weißer Teller mit Messer und Gabel auf einem moosgrünen Platzdeckchen, dabei ein Wasserglas. Auf dem Teller zu 2/3 "französische" Gemüsepfanne ergänzt um Mais und Quinoa, daneben die angebratenen Tofuwürfel aus der Pfanne in Tomatensauce, mit Gewürzen (Pfeffer, Paprika, Ras-El Hanout, Knoblauch, Gemüsegewürz) und etwas Zwiebel.
Als ich mich vor 3 Jahren aufmachte, #vegan zu werden, konnte ich nichts mit #Tofu anfangen. Diese blassen, gummiartigen Würfel erschienen mir nicht appetitlich.
