8. (this is quite recent): Nicotine protocol, followed by choline supplementation. I felt quite unsure about trying this until my doctor brought it up without any prompting from me, and the last few months after doing it have shown sustained baseline improvement, like holy wow I can drive?!?!
They are doing different things. Nicotine is more powerful and has effects on multiple systems. Some people take both but you have to be careful to not cause a Cholinergic crisis of too much acetylcholine.
If receptors are blocked... nicotine will do a lot more than mestinon.
Dr Leitzke will be giving a live talk in German in August.

Here is my take on the research showing biomarkers in post-vaccine injury which is very similar to Long Covid.
Does anyone know how much it would cost to get these panels done?

Thanks for the response. About 50% of Olympic athletes use some form of nicotine (usually low dose). Maybe this will appear in your data in the future.
Hopefully, this can then give some insight for those of us using it as a treatment for disease.π
Go by feeling. Maybe you need one week... maybe six months.
A 3-day break is enough to reset receptors. You will miss it less and less and eventually stop when it feels right.
Some use it regularly for ADHD or other reasons.
I found the patches remarkably effective in combatting the worst nausea when cannabis was unaccessible or unreliable (edibles instead of vape/smoke). Vv grateful to have found/followed this work before exiting Xitter.
(Nausea is rarely an issue now, 2.5yrs into treatment/adaptation.)
