because most people who are visually impaired dont want to know the "vibe" of a pic, they just want to be able to participate in discussions/platforms that involve images.
(Or lake or whatever) i might do a thread about writing good alt text as web accessibility is a big part of my job. most people who use screen readers aren't 100% blind and even for those who are, the alt text should be to communicate content first and ""feeling"" to a much lesser extent
