Eckstein Eagles vs Hamilton Hawks. YouTube video by Geoff Cabotage

This was a fun game to watch this last weekend. I ended up watching Eckstein's game over watching the Superbowl even though Seattle played in it. No advertisements and front-row seats? What a great deal! #EcksteinBasketball #MiddleSchoolBasketball #SeattlePublicSchools #Basketball #Fun #GoEagles!

Mission Over Ego: Super Bowl LX Culture Lessons — Harry Ong How did the Seahawks and Patriots reach Super Bowl LX? It wasn't just talent—it was culture. Explore the leadership lessons behind 'Mission Over BS' and the 'Four H's' that turned potential into…

From 4-13 to the Super Bowl. The Seahawks and Patriots didn't just change plays; they reset their culture. I wrote about the parallels between their turnaround strategies ("Mission Over BS") and the chamber music mindset.

Writing a poem a day has been a very rewarding experience for me as this project wouldn't exist had I not tried this exercise. At first I focused on full length poems but I've started to get into haiku, couplets, and a,b,b,a rhyme schemes. #HaikuWritingMonth #PoetryMonth #Poetry

I just made a comment on this blog post and, I'm not sure why, but the text came out looking enormous! I didn't mean to do that but when I copied and pasted the text out of my journaling software that was how it came across, whoops.

Last summer I was in process of drawing a mountain of illustrations for Learning To Walk Again but I found a few hours to participate in this talk with three SE people and Dylan. Usually SE talks are set up to be one on one but I'd say this one worked pretty well with the three of us!

He brought up a point that the site didn't have a resume so I added on to the homepage. I am currently working on a new portfolio page and resume that will be up in not too long.

These portfolio have to stop YouTube video by Sylvan Franklin

This is the portfolio review that Learning To Walk Again was featured in this month. After slaving away for five years on a new web-design framework it was good to see one of my sites finally make it into the limelight!!! This website interactive book is almost all I worked on this year. #Multimedia

I just watched the latest review of my project after putting it off (I usually get a little nervous after a review gets done!) One point brought up was the time put in to hand draw the lettering and yes, each poem heading was drawn with numerous iterations like these to get to the final design.

The reason "gathering" and "meeting" appeal to me is that I'm also in the process of starting a Skool community where I can talk with other like minded people who are trying to make this style of project too. I believe that would be a great way for everyone to learn from each other!

The name that I'll use for my business is Daikichi Kai Creative. "Daikichi" is Japanese for "great luck" or "great fortune." "Kai" has many meanings depending on the kanji used. The definitions that interest me are "gathering" "to solve" and "to untie."

I had a YouTube channel review my project this morning. It was submitted so many months ago that I almost forgot about it. I told the guy who runs the channel that it was my portfolio. I said that because it showcases a lot of what I do. The truth is, I'm actually working on my real portfolio now.

Eckstein Middle School - Seattle, WA Specialties: The silliest, goofballest, cheeseballest, outlandishest, most toefull middle school in the United States of America.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wrote a Yelp review for Eckstein. I figured since I wrote so much about it in my book I might as well post a review too.

I just want to know who made that summary for the school that is in the description below? Okay I admit, it's about right.

An early attempt at letting the word "inter-are."

An early attempt at letting the word "inter-are."

This is an early concept I used for the poem "Interare." The idea was to surround the word "are" so that it was inside the confines of the second part of the word. I was afraid the bottom part would read "IareR.
