A rush of nostalgia fills his chest and memories capture his mind.

So this is the grand reveal. Members of the community gather to watch Viktor activate the purifier in a multi-step process.

Eventually, gears start turning, steam hisses, and large tubes begin to turn.

He utilizes the help of Blitzcrank to assemble the last of the metal structures to the water purifier.

The power used to purify the water is self generated by a nearby waterfall which turns a turbine that stores power with each rotation. It’s been storing energy for some time now.
