Of course that bans all countries from approaching them, starting talks or making overtures to see what is needed to join then. Is that what you’re saying?

I haven’t read either of those, which is surprising considering how much I’ve read throughout my life.

I’m a bit the same, there were numerous games where we played some great football but individual errors at critical points lost us the game. Doesn’t mean I wasn’t demoralised by the constant chucking away points. The killie game was a weird feeling, actually being optimistic before the game.
