Many More Should Have Also Been Prosecuted….
It's been 66 days since agents killed Alex Pretti.
DHS has body-cam footage.
They haven't released it.
66 days and counting.

Bruce Springsteen shared the opening moments of his Land of Hope & Dreams American Tour with livestreaming the first two songs for free on Tuesday, March 31, from Minneapolis.

Classifying deaths from Cryptococcus as due to HIV, and deaths due to TB meningitis as due to TB -- and ignoring these pathogens is super problematic, as WHO "meningitis" treatment recs then recommend ceftriaxone as empiric therapy, ignoring HIV.
Thus, this is death by epidmeiologists.
This would beter entitled "Death by Epidemiologists" as they exclude the two most common causes of menignitis in Africa - Crypto & TB. Also call toxoplasma a fungus.

Wow, turns out vaccines during pregnancy are... safe and effective, even protecting babies!
Incredible! Truly shocking!
It's almost like science works?!💉🛡️👶
This admin keeps peddling COVID-19 antivax nonsense, but science prevails.💪

From relatively humble beginnings of a 4 person team, our team has grown over the years moving from observational studies to multiple ongoing randomized clinical trials.
One notably aspect is, in the last decade, the relative equal distribution of 1st-authored papers between Ugandan & UMN authors.
For World TB Day (March 24), my team will be hosting a writing workshop to work on as series of manuscripts related to Cryptococcal Meningitis, which is estimated to cause 19% of HIV-related deaths globally. #Crypto does not get it's own day but still kills. #WorldTBDay
A blockbuster expose by @jeneeninterlandi.bsky.social on RFK's CDC. Read it. Get angry. And get on the phones to your elected members of Congress. www.nytimes.com/interactive/...
Yes, I laughed, then cried. This IS health in America in 2026. youtu.be/FUBVuvstPCs?...

Who from Aetna is going to jail?
National Cancer Institute has distributed <1% of its annual budget almost halfway through the FY2026. Graph has NCI research grants distributed from Oct 1 to March 12 annually, as per reporter.nih.gov data.
Congress has passed budget to support cancer research. NIH refuses to fight cancer.
2026 is shaping up to be even more aberrant with political picking of science.
It has been 14 weeks since Dr Prasad claimed—without sharing any actual evidence—that Covid vaccines “caused” 10 deaths in kids
He called it a “profound revelation” but he has STILL not shared any actual data to prove his extraordinary claim
Why is he hiding data?
Or is this vibes?

NEW: A classified U.S. intel report completed before the war warned that even a large-scale attack wouldn’t topple Iran’s regime. Analysts say no internal force in Iran is powerful enough to challenge the regime’s remaining grip on power.
Yet Trump says: “We want them to have a good leader. 1/2
Graph of award probability of R35 and R01 from NIH factbook as a function of review rank percentile. As is apparent, 2025 is a significant departure, with lower award probabilities at all scores <40 and significant departures from norm, where even being in the top 10% is no longer a nearly certain indicator of success. Data source: https://report.nih.gov/nihdatabook/report/302
The data is in: the NIH goalposts have shifted.
What were once almost certain fundable scores have become coin flips and what used to be likely grants have become aspirational, leading to fewer awards.
Another manifestation of how HHS policies have led to fewer awards and less science.
I am out of the country at present, so I may have missed it but has Congress declared war on Iran as per Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution of the United States?
More adjunctive immunomodulation for an infectious disease!
Here it's dupilumab (IL-4/13 blockade) in coccidioidomycosis.
Case series only, but not overtly harmful and maybe even helpful.

Is it an operation like having one's appendix removed?
Alas, US is now investigating. Unfortunately, the same US govt that shoots citizens in Minneapolis calling them domestic terrorists has zero credibility for being truthful. www.nytimes.com/2026/03/04/u...
Unfortunately, none of the three governments has much credibility.
I would guess a failed missile launch is more likely, unless AI was hallucinating picking targets for the Pentagon, which is also possible.
The school was hit. Who hit the school is unknown. Misfired missle by Iran is also possible. Knowing the direction of the building damage would be useful.
Is damage on the north side of building? => failed missile launch by Iran.
Is damage on south side of building? => US strike.
The direction of the damage, would help indicate from which direction the impact occurred. If on the north side of the building, then a failed missle launch by IGRC would be more likely than a US strike from the South or an Israeli strike from the West. Basic geography may help discern the truth.
