Check out this piece, which combines laboratory observations on within-species variation with simulated traits in the global Darwin model - w/ @nekton4plankton.bsky.social, @skshapiro.bsky.social and several others not on 🦋. By far my favorite research article so far & excited to build on it!

I'm a marine biologist who does scientific illustration on the side - would it be possible to be added to the list? 🖌️🐙🐟🦀
I'm not specifically an invasion biologist, but I work on projects that look at popgen in green crabs!

Got reminded by @jopabinia.bsky.social that this is the 1st anniversary of my poster showing the diversity of fossil crabs.
True crabs, false crabs, cute crab, long crab, pointy crab, crab in ammonite, we have it all. 🦀 🎨 🐡

My first ever co-authored paper just got published in Fisheries Oceanography!!
I specifically worked on the in-lab portion of postlarval lobster care, photographing them, and figuring out/performing all the color analysis. Super cool project overall 🦞
