I was completely forgetting The Pirate Planet, so I've seen 2/3 of Adam's stories. I will definitely watch it at some point, I need to watch more classic Who in general but City of Death is high up on my list!
I really need to watch City of Death, Douglas Adams writing for Tom Baker's Doctor is such a perfect match it's a shame we didn't get more of it

It's a weird one because it's very dependant on tone, but generally in the UK "it's quite good" would be seen as a slight step down from "it's good"
