On the other hand sitting in a repetitive rut doesn't seem good either. I'll figure out a balance eventually.

It's been difficult to get into the rhythm of creation lately, at least for this sort of work. It seems like every major disruption of routine resets me and it takes time to get back into it.

Whether I build websites is a personal matter and not something I share with random people waiting outside my apartment.

I took my dog out and there was a guy standing on a corner across a dark deserted street. He shouts at me "do you build websites?".
After a few seconds of confusion I reply "what?".
And he says "you build websites, right?"
And I just turned around and walked back inside.

I just finished a week of on site production work and wanted to feel some creative satisfaction. Making color gradient backdrops based on someone else's creative direction for a performance is nice but it isn't as fulfilling as making my own blobby shapes.

I've been really wrapped up in development work recently, and there isn't much I can share from that yet.

It can have a steep learning curve and it takes some getting used to, but it's worth it if you want to do realtime rendering or interactivity. There's a ton of good learning material out there to help get past the weird bits
