Steven Universe is great! I'd highly recommend it if you're interested! But this character is completely fan made. And apparently she's supposed to be more bovine/cow like. XD I still see her as a fluffy dragon.

(Also noticed the paintbrush tail but multiple people already pointed it out so I didn't mention it. XD)
