I'm looking for "math things that are manifolds". Google is not helping.

I am very familiar with:
Implicitly Defined Manifolds F(u)=0,
Manifolds that are invariant under a flow or map.
And then there are
Lie algebras, invariant under a group op?

Others?

Thanks,
#mathsky

Empathy is about being able to see and understand where people are coming from

Not about advertising your own enlightenment as the best person in the room or a moral paragon
you can scold people about their reaction.. but it’s not empathy

Please share widely, put to good use, and keep letting me know about more organizations folks can connect with.

Exhausted. It's been a rough/crazy few months and I just got back from a whirlwind trip to Boulder for a friend's debut novel book launch. Worth it

I'm in that I'm between time where the car will be here to bring me to the airport in 20 minutes and I don't know what to do with myself. Do I wait in the room? Lobby? Is there coffee? People watching? Ew people?
