All those super easy Trailhead modules which say Agentforce is easy to implement and those success stories that show it being rolled out in a matter of a couple of weeks - yep. Salesforce themselves have easily implemented it… poorly.
Even clippy knows better!
Microsoft knows more about Salesforce
And this folks, is why #Salesforce #Agentforce is not up to scratch.
I'm on the help article which clearly states MIAW (Messaging for In-App and Web) IS supported in LWR - however Agentforce says not.
Is Agentforce just bad? Or has Salesforce poorly implemented it?

Secure by design and principle of least privileged may not be what's happening in your #Salesforce org and your users may have access to files they shouldn't... My team and I have worked with Salesforce to find this bug so you don't have to!
