Yeah, not a good sign. From what I hear, the engine is pretty worn out. No specifics, though.

I learned recently that it’s an insult in Germany to call someone “hobbyless” or to engage in “hobbyless behavior” and it’s become my favorite way to think of assholes who have nothing better to do than to make other people miserable. Get a hobby. Build a model train and calm down.

This temporary? If its permanent, I think soldering would be the best bet.

Definitely, had an o gauge folded dog bone on a 4x8 as a teen, got about halfway sceniced before I decided to restart collecting in HO scale. Added a lot of interest to running it!

Wiscasset, Waterville and Farmington no. 9 pulls a short work train northbound along the picturesque tracks toward Alma Center. Special thanks to all the volunteers at the railroad for a great time at the photo charter! #steamtrain #steamlocomotive #maine #steamengine #railroad

Happy Easter! The newly battery equipped Helena (0-4-0, Porter) did a wonderful job pulling the garden’s Easter trains during yesterday’s festivities. Running for over 4 hours almost non stop on one battery charge. #happyeaster #gardening #gardenrailroad #gardenrailway #modeltrains

For diesels possibly, but all of my BLI steamers use traction tires. They seem to like them a lot.

The battery powered train did great today on Easter train duty! Ran for about 4 hours straight and still had more juice. #gardenrailroad #gardentrain #lgbtrains #gscale #modeltrains.

Might have to look at their stuff too.

That would make sense, I’m familiar with Blunami, but didn’t feel like plopping down $200 per loco, which is more than I’ve paid for most of my g gauge locos.
