The next question, shown in the right column, reads as: “What type of restrictive mask policy is it at this time? You may select multiple types to best reflect the policy.” Options include: “Masks prohibited at certain events.”, “Masks prohibited in certain locations.”, “Masks prohibited in certain situations.”, ”Masks must be removed at the request of [somebody with authority].”, “Masks prohibited in classrooms.”, “Masks prohibited in dorms or campus housing.”, “Total ban on masks in any context.”, “People are punished for covering their faces but there is no official policy banning it.”, Other, please specify.
