Want to take the first look at post-mortem neuropathology in idiopathic REM Sleep Behavior Disorder in folks who develop and 'do not develop' Parkinson and other diseases? The challenge of co-morbid degenerative pathologies will be something we need to invest in, especially in the coming decades.

This is excellent use of multimodal imaging that is available clinically.

Both Alzheimer’s disease and Lewy body disease can involve posterior regions on FDG PET but LBD by itself doesn’t cause significant MRI atrophy.
