I remember asking you years ago: How do you know so many things? And you said: oh that’s easy, I just listen to this American life! That’s the first podcast I started listening to seriously. So thank you, and congratulations!

Good point! Difficult road to follow for a conformational change in e.g. a membrane protein however!

Super stoked that you used our paper as an example of the holy grail 😍 Thanks!!

That was a lot of fun! Listen to Milosz’s podcast Phase Space Invaders, lots of useful content for our community in a format we are not used to!

I’m told burnout comes less from having too much to do but rather feeling like what you have to do is out of your control (and/or unpleasant work). So, working out substantial changes in what you’re obligated to be doing is the best way out. Thus making space for something new/interesting!

Great to see it! Solvent is accounted for implicitly, I assume? Would you say this might be applicable to membrane proteins? 😬 looking forward to the community finally agreeing on benchmarks !!

Last πŸ₯ post and first πŸ¦‹ one: After spending a year helping these two πŸ’• humans grow while myself learning to become a mother, I am back at work! Excited to see what new we can discover about molecular excitability! Also blessed that I can now do this as full prof πŸ₯³
