I’m excited to share that every ounce of nervous energy has been worth it. This project is deeply important to me, and I’ve been making daily progress toward completing my research mission. One step at a time, we get there!

Note: In the actual proposal defense, my tone and demeanor were definitely a notch more formal—after all, I was presenting to my committee! 😅

I’ll be honest—I’m incredibly frustrated that this practice version isn’t “perfect.” But I’m learning to remind myself that the point wasn’t perfection…
