I’ve figured out that the only way my back can survive sitting on the bleachers at my son’s swim training for an hour is to bring my wireless TENS unit and zap tf out of it.

I always put ours in Tupperware cereal containers. Mostly because I’m the only one on my family that knows how to properly open the bag so that you can roll it back up in the box. Otherwise it looks like someone used a paper shredder to open it.
