Huh, I didn't know that bit. I still think it's unlikely they'll do anything about it since Saint isn't a big body like Hasbro, but I will admit that you were right (especially because I'm now seeing the link you posted earlier, which I had missed the first time I saw this thread)
Hey there I actually have an LLB and can say with certainty that you can't trademark a phrase like "There's been a murder" much like Taylor Swift couldn't trademark "shake it off". The font, image, etc could be trademarked but the phrase itself is too generic for the law. You're welcome :)
