Today was my longest run since last year October, when I developed a metatarsal neuralgia. I cannot express what it feels like to reclaim my safe place after months of being alone in my head.

My sofa has broken; there is a crack in it and rather than doing something sensible like, you know fixing it with screws and whatnot... I improvised because ugh ADHD tax is hard.

Yesterday was #BotanicalTuesday...

My plants took a hit while my focus was elsewhere since October last year, so I’m resetting. I’ve now got an automatic watering system and time blocked each week to care for them. This is about building consistency and creating space to slow down again.

Have missed being in my metal cage and seen as the sun is out and nothing but blue skies today, felt it was appropriate as this is spring cleaning weather.

Puppy got me a new coffee/tea mug too that isn't letting handed.

Yesterday was Day 23 of 23 🔐 but it was spent doing chores for Sir and barely touching my phone.

Which means today has become… Day 24 of 23.

The extra day saved for a proper Sunday unlock and letting my pup out of his cage too.

This weekend I'm seeing my Handler and spending a full weekend with him. My lodgings for the weekend are a modest 1 story with plenty of windows. He even gave me a pillow and a plushy to keep me company. Very happy pup and was even allowed in His bed this morning *wag*
