Breaking point: Too much emotion under my skin Surface tension keeps it in. Scratch the surface, touch it, breathe and all that is held will escape in a rush. The flood unstoppable. The black emotion will pour across the wooden floor where it will stain. The reminder will be as permanent as I am impermanent and will remain long after I have faded.
