The group Save U.S. Diplomacy held a rally at the #StateDepartment today to decry Secretary Rubio's planned firings of thousands of experts. "They're ceding strategic power and security interests to China, Russia & Iran while making our government operate more like theirs" said one State employee.

The Department of Education is paying us not to work. We would rather be working. Since mid-March, the Trump administration has blocked me and hundreds of others from doing any work while we continue to receive full pay and benefits.
