It’s no good, you know - I still love the Strait of Hormuz more…

Survived the horror of Stratford Westfield - it’s easier to deal with at 11pm when it’s closed… 😅

A timeline cleanse:
I went to change my snow tires to summer tires this afternoon...
And discovered I've got a raccoon nursery in my shed.
Tell them it would be a great sideways move…
Thurrock and roll years…
I think he was allegedly injured until the end of the season. That disastrous first half was his last game for us. Poor way for a captain to go out imo…

Probably scratching - worth switching your camera to do short video clips if you can and you’ll see all the action. They’re wonderful animals… 😍
Seeing as it's World Curlew Day, time to trot this one out again from down the patch. Volume up!
"mon then!..........."

No, I don’t think they do either. They certainly don’t care. Baseball this, NFL that, everything centred on the US - as if we didn’t already hear enough about it. But still no inline translation…
Who else has a feeling bluesky would be a whole lot better if it got its collective head round the need to increase its user base in countries that aren’t the US...?
You do know the rest of the world exists, right…?
I was thinking of the end of Hugo Lloris 6-1 fixture…
In fairness to Fraser, he rescued us when he came in in that match. I still don’t believe Hugo was injured - I think he was just too embarrassed to come back out
I wasn’t at that 5-1 game though. Luckily, I was at the 6-1 game…
You make it look like it was my fault!
Can’t really bang metal bits of the Park Lane concourse along to it…
Look out Barry Manilow…
@thfc-dan.bsky.social for your entertainment, this is the thing I mentioned the other day… 😅
I can’t remember where you live, sorry, so don’t know if the film is out where you are - worth looking out for though…
They should sponsor a double bill with Battle of Algiers…
Film poster for The Stranger.
I usually get pissed off with military recruitment adverts in the cinema - but this time I’d like to congratulate the Royal Navy for buying two (2) ad slots directly before this beautifully filmed indictment of the brutal colonial mindset and unfeeling murderous racism. Perfectly placed…
A large plant with big, fleshy leaves and white and yellow flowers, growing on shingle near the sea. The River Rother can just be been in the background. It's sunny, but there are clouds in the sky.
The first Sea Kale flowers are out at Rye Harbour NR and soon a sweet honey aroma will hang over the shingle.

Oh well I’m glad that’s something you’re looking at, because in real surveys - that are not designed to be meaningless - this is a continual pain in arse for those of us in the Rest of the World…
The whole thing is very American - maybe that doesn’t matter for your stats exercise but it is a bit of an internet survey design issue, which might also be worth mentioning to your students...
Have been forced to choose “peanut butter would kill me” as there was no option for “Why are Americans obsessed with this disgusting stuff that I wouldn’t eat if you paid me?”
Let’s just say you’ll wish you could mute a picture…
So many great tracks…
You’re so lucky!
Walking along with my slightly random playlist on my earphones - it’s playing Labi Siffre’s It Must Be Love when I switch off the music for a moment to nip into the cafe. Where the radio is playing Labi Siffre’s It Must Be Love…
So now you can have it too 😋
