CNS to contract me with blood results had in July for testosterone level results and whether to continue testogel or if have stop due to levels.

Menopause CNS rang with blood results. Can continue testogel. Asked how got on since insertion of coil last week. rt in Jan

ANP to ring with results, to send letter to GP and menopause clinic. To stop urtrogestan straight away. To get coil replaced in 5 years and can come back directly to them to smear as have had such tough time getting done at gp as my cervix over to the right. Will get menopause

Only thing since then bleeding more frequent.

Cramping and slight bleeding post hysterscopy, biopsy and coil insertion. Hysterscopy wasn’t as bad as had heard it would be. Prob helped had 2 nurses, 1 CNS and an ANP to talk me through everything on scene.

Twas decided that would do the hysterscopy, endometrial biopsy and insertion of mirena coil the following day. ANP apologised for repeating everything and that was only a regular clinic considering was told I’d be having hysterscopy that day as already had ultrasound in May.

Went for Hysterscopy to be told was regular ANP gnae clinic, did another transvaginal ultrasound. It looked like there was a polyp on ultrasound, if same on scope would remove. ANP was so good in history taking of bleeding issue.

Return appointment to Rhematology Dr clinic, happy with progress of 70% improvement. Will see again in a year. If something changes and need be seen soon to contact them.
