Morning moon
Sunrise shot of The Vista House overlooking the Columbia River Gorge from Women’s Forum Park
Upper Latourell Falls
A couple shots from Silver Falls a few weeks back.
Across the river from Portland
Some more abstract-ish shots from walking around Portland one the weekend.
Spotted (hah) this Northern Flicker on a tree across the street yesterday. Later, I heard it pecking away at the same tree quite furiously.
Thank you!
Thank you :-)
Good morning from Portland, Oregon
Morning light and shadow.

Also, my boss just sent me this same GIF and said he is Milchick and I am Mark, which I will take as a compliment.
Watched the first S2 episode last night, but I will defer any analysis or discussion so as to avoid spoilers. Short review is: A+.
A few random photos from this last week.
Some of the #birds we saw in #costarica. The #lessonsmotmot was really a beautiful bird, with a distinctive tail.
Some photos of wildlife the wife and I saw recently on our belated honeymoon in #costarica. The cats were just hanging around the condo resort we stayed at, the dog hanging out at a restaurant on #playasdelocotal, and the #prayingmantis on a hike our last day.
A few morning sunrise photos from atop Mt. Tabor park in Portland, OR. East Portland, Mt. Hood, and a morning #goldenhour photo of #portlandoregon.
I took a break from Bluesky for a minute. So, I have some #dailysthelens posts to make up for. Here are a couple more recent ones.
Took a walk around the neighborhood early morning this week.
Managed to get some photos of the moon last week. Sadly, the night of the occlusion of Mars was clouded over. But I'm pretty happy with these.
This performance from UK's English Teacher kinda blew my mind. I hadn't heard of them before, but they definitely bring to mind early 2000s Discord Records stuff. Brilliant.

#dailysthelens from sunset last night. Had some clear skies and a beautiful golden hour.
Barely a #dailysthelens peeking out from dark clouds this afternoon.
