Anyway, interesting as always!

Agree about the power of K400, especially in 120. Just developed two rolls last night, and not for the first time looked at the negatives and thought, "I could have just shot the whole trip on K400 and probably gotten better results for my trouble." ๐Ÿ˜€ (May change my mind when done scanning.)

I don't use EI 1600 all that often, however; usually seems like I'm either going for broke (i.e., 3200), or else staying in the EI 400 or 800 range. Rarely need more than that for hand shooting, even w/zone focus at f/11 (which is often my situation). Helps to be further south, and in the desert!

I push HP5 to EI 3200 when really needed, and it will push very well (provided that one is expecting pushed results, not magic) in XTOL or T-Max. Not a fan of Delta 3200, but I am a *big* fan of TMZ at EI 3200 in XTOL. So sharp, so lovely. So expensive.

The kids did pretty well, actually. Especially if one considers that the hit rate with disposables is not exactly 100%....

Just checked online, and they seem to have gone up by about $8-10 or so. Unfortunately, my favorite price comparison site vanished last week, so now it is harder to discover these things. ๐Ÿ™

Probably better than many shots taken by adult gearheads....

Isn't it? It's underground in a random LA metro stop. Very enigmatic, in context.

(I have one of those 2x3s, w/an Ektar 101mm lens and a 6x9 back. It's a little unwieldy, but very versatile as a MF camera. You can indeed shoot hand-held, but that's not where its merits lie. The image quality you can get w/view focusing and an Ektar lens is superb. And 2x3 sheet film is cool.)

Congrats to those featured from the #FP4Party, and thanks to both @paulasmith.co.uk for organizing and @ilfordphoto.com for sponsoring. Except that this made me realize how effective FP4+ is for still life shots in 4x5, and now I've had to go buy more of it. #FilmAddiction

So many great contributions! Thanks to @paulasmith.co.uk for leading the charge, and to @ilfordphoto.com for supporting the community (and making great film)! And thanks to everyone who took the time to attend to the submitted images! (Honored also to have had one selected, from the many.)
