It's our read easy book club today at the Work and Life Skills Centre (between 1 - 2pm - and again on April 27th). Mondays is also when we welcome the Health Outreach Liaison Team NHS nurse and mental health practitioner for free check-ups (between 1 - 3pm).

Now is the perfect time to get booked in for the summer months on our allotment where we grow produce used in cooking at our Work and Life Skills Centre and donate to Readifood - Reading's Food Bank.

Cyclists! Tribute Audax is a stunning organised ride through the Chilterns of varying distances taking place on Saturday, 25 April. Proceeds are spilt between Launchpad and Thames Valley Air Ambulance.

Our offices and Work and Life Skills Centre re-open on Tuesday, 7 April and drop-in a day later.

Today is #InternationalDayOfHappiness and we have lots of wellbeing and mindfulness activities at our Work and Life Skills Centre to bring a sense of calm, peace and some joy to attendees - gardening, cooking, yoga, mindfulness, art, sewing and guitar to name a few. 🙏🧘‍♀️🌮🍃🎸

Homeless women face unique challenges shaped by gender-based inequality, trauma, and safety concerns. Without stable housing, women are at heightened risk of exploitation, harassment, and assault. Our Nova project provides safe accommodation for 10 women. #InternationalWomensDay
