We successfully campaigned for @richmond_council to remove an unnecessary gat…" Celebrating a win at Craneford Way Recreation Ground! We successfully campaigned for @richmond_council to remove an unnecessary gate into the park that was limiting access for #Disabled people and those using mobility aids. Now that the gate is gone, all can easily access the park - wheelchair users, those using adapted bikes, cargo bikes, families with prams and more. We’re calling on the council to evaluate all gates and barriers in the borough to see if there is potential to remove them to improve access. No one should be locked out of their local park.#accessibility #disabledaccess #parks #greenspace

We have launched an Instagram profile to highlight the work of the @ruils.bsky.social Transport and Mobility Forum.

Our first video is about removing gates and barriers to parks in Richmond, SW London.
