I've been a swimmer and waterpolo player, my feet need the action, my shoulders don't... I hurt mine with waterpolo so the spindle was no fun. I also have e-spinners now, which are awesome too!

Wheels are fine for beginners, you just start somewhere! Try some different wheels if you can to find the right one for you.

Sunday evening the last pills were taken, yesterday the blood showed it was okay enough... Now it's time to go to the hospital and hope immunotherapy will teach DH's body to kill some cancer, instead of almost killing him in the process like last time. 🤞

Never in my wildest dreams did I think Creatief Kerchief, my newest Tunisian crochet design, would be a hit on Ravelry. Since last Tuesday, this little scarf has seen a lot of love. It's been in the top 5 of Hot Right Now crochet patterns.

It's a great pattern but somehow with the yarn I'm using and the amount extra I'd need for my size I'm just not having fun... Happy to be back to my cardigan!

A single sock in a mosaic and cable pattern, in navy blue and mustard yellow. The sole is in pinstripe length wise and has a stark line across just before the toe, the mistake I made...

Well that's it for me and racing in #SockMadness I disqualified myself with a mistake I will not fix. I'm not enjoying the yarn and pattern combo at all, and I will not hate knit the full second sock either. Back to knitting is for fun!

2 Cornish rex cats, one blue calico and a cream and red one, lying on a yellow blanket on my lap, looking sleepy at my sock in progress on a circular knitting needle. Hand knit socks in a greenish yellow on sock blockers. The socks are still joined at the cuff and one toe is still to be knit. Also the project bag is showing, with cartoon quotes like HUH? BOOM and OMG!!!

You can still do that, just go until just over halfway...

Yeah... You knit the first sock toe up, and instead of binding off you continue with sock 2 cuff down. The. Afterwards you cut it in the middle. Do a decorative bind off.

A caked up center pull ball of yarn, in a greenish yellow on a project bag, green with comic quotes like Bammm and question marks. In the ball of yarn are circular sock needles with a tiny start of the toe of a sock. Besides it on the table is a tiny yellow pair of scissors and a bunch of lightbulb stitch markers.

Time for #sockmadness 🥳 conjoined twins, so knitting these socks from toe one to toe two and cutting the socks in the middle between the cuffs! 😱
