Song 3 Nomad
Ok this one isn't about anything in particular. The riff popped in my head one day when messing about with a guitar and the lyrics just flowed. Its kinda a classic country cowboy loner lyric feel.

Track 2 Evergreen.
A song about the strength in a relationship, that no matter what the world throws at you, with the right person at your side, everything is survivable.

Song one Never.I realise that these songs ain't perfect but it's a learning process and for good or bad here they are... Anyway, I've been unfortunate enough to work some awful jobs for some awful bosses. This is kinda inspired by that. #thisdarkroad #afragileheart

"You never really know the impact you have on people around you. You never know how much someone needed that smile you gave them. You never know how much your kindness turned someone's entire life around. You never know how much someone needed that long hug or deep talk. So don't wait to be kind. Don't wait for someone else to be kind first. Don't wait for better circumstances or for someone to change. Just be kind, because you never know how much someone needs it." ~ Nikki Banas

I heard one on my walk yesterday morning, West Central Scotland
We had the privilege of releasing 3 rescued 🦔 🦔🦔
Spring Roll (male), Frosty & Cuthbert (females) all have sad wee back stories, but the folk at Hessilhead nursed all back to great weight & shape.
Hopefully they will settle safely into the local surrounds

Good question. My experience is that’s it’s tricky. Well intended actions can often be misconstrued. However, it’s important that leaders keep trying, authentically.
I still need to make your recipe, my lemon balm is just about ready 👍🏼
What better way to finish off a great afternoon’s #beekeeping, than with a bit of #forage (in the apiary) & then blitz up a #ramson (wild garlic) pesto / marinade & sip a bottle of refreshing #Perry
I find #mentoring very rewarding, but nipping to the #apiary yourself of an evening, for a quick job is a treat. Listening to all the sounds, smelling the glorious wild garlic & talking to the locals 🐑

So rewarding to witness Scott Murray & Bill Hiddleston receiving their SBA award 🏅 for their voluntary support of our ABA 🏅
The darker side of Easter. Places holding petting zoos with Rabbits . Pet shops & on line breeders selling rabbits to anyone to make a profit (they don’t make great pets for children). Most end up neglected, handed in to rescue centres or even abandoned outdoors. #notjustforeaster #adoptdontshop
"Bonobos [one of our closest relatives] refuse to participate when faced with unequal rewards."
The vast majority of people similarly want fairness between us, but almost always end up with leaders who don't.
That mismatch is the single biggest barrier to a better world.

[New post for sponsors] Not all plastic queen cups that look the same perform the same, and different plastic queen cups can profoundly affect the success of queen rearing. Do the dimensions of the cell cup influence the size of the resulting queen?

[New post] You should learn from your mistakes or — in this case — mine. What to do with your feet when mishandling queens, how to retrieve the queen from a full box of brace comb, and comments on setting up and siting bait hives.

[New post] It's expensive to start beekeeping. Buy wisely. You don't need most things the suppliers sell. Price is not necessarily the best indicator of suitability. Compatibility, future-proofing and longevity are far more important.
