The HRV is accurate. Many of the other measures are not. But! Do what works for you. I was only trying to be helpful. ✌🏻

Your body uses energy to eat, drink, etc. Garmin is a terrible tracker of all that. Your best bet there is to track your HRV and ensure it stays balanced rather than looking at (I assume) body battery and stress levels. They’re notoriously inaccurate.
