The 28th regime will create a common legal form to support companies navigating the Single Market.
The Consumer Agenda will also support consumers across the EU.
Today, I attended the kick-off meeting of the Project Group on the European Savings and Investments Union 🇪🇺
Looking forward to contributing to the Group’s work to ensure citizens get higher returns and companies can avail of investment.
Around €10 trillion in citizens’ savings is held in low yield deposit accounts across the EU.
This means that many citizens who are in a position to do so are good at saving, yet are getting little in return.
