Congratulations to #NASA and partners for an absolutely textbook crewed lunar mission - something we once feared we'd only see again in #AlternateHistory fiction.

Ain’t it beautiful? Welcome home, Artemis II!

I remember Columbia vividly and I didn’t breathe easier until they had voice contact. Even more so once the chutes opened because I know about Soyuz 1.

As someone who loves hot sauce and has two of these on a regular basis (with one in my fridge as I type), I wholeheartedly approve.

I've spent a lifetime dreaming of this moment. And I can't help smiling and feeling a little teary eyed. That I can do so in a hospital lobby while my Mum has hand surgery is just 1 of the wonders that would have been all but unimaginable more than 50 years ago.

What a time to be alive. #ArtemisII

54 years.

Give or take a few months, that’s when Casper (the Apollo 16 command module on the left) went to the Moon on the penultimate Apollo lunar mission. Now, at long last, Artemis is taking another crew back.

Godspeed, Artemis II!

Bloody hell. I’m curious to hear the justification for this other than it was an Iranian ship given it was a literal ocean away.

Kim Ju Ae: North Korea leader Kim Jong Un chooses daughter as heir, Seoul says South Korea's spy agency says Ki Ju Ae's prominent public presence indicates she is the chosen heir.

I knew that it was a possibility that North Korea would have a female leader before the United States elected a female president. But I just wasn't expecting that day to come so soon.
