Another example is your hand - Extend your arm with hand flat, palm up.
Now bend elbow, so hand is vertical and facing you.
Now rotate your arm, so hand is pointing sideways, then finally unbend your elbow.
From the hands' frame of reference, it did a pitch, yaw then pitch, and ended up rolling.

Working on a little something for the #godotwildjam and trying out some physics-based automation/factory type game.
Enjoying this "offhand" mechanic to build stuff, but it's quite finicky ๐

Restroom chair or even couchette type thing is not that uncommon in fancier restrooms (like big offices)
Guess like if you go with someone but you don't actually need to go, it makes chatting less awkward? ๐ญ
Normally not facing the stalls though, it'll be at the end kinda perpendicular
I think it's still cool/edgy just on a different level, given it's a fruit generally associated with the underworld~
If you've not heard this you're in for a treat: youtu.be/YMYqvPHLjjM
If you for some reason *need* placeholder stuff of a higher quality than you can produce yourself, then pay an expert to produce it.
If you both need it and can't budget it or are not willing to compromise on quality then your business is not viable, the answer is not to use the plagiarism machine
old school TTS or pitch-shifting the developer's voice is valid.
Worst case you can just prime the playtesters about this beforehand, ie warn them.
If you don't have VO recorded then you don't seek feedback about VO, same for models, textures, etc.
the only related model I think works is the SokPop style subscription, though that's a bit more flexible and they also just sell the games if you want
I normally watch your stuff on Nebula, if that helps

I block people who I find like, mildly annoying, it's not some massive moral statement or accusation it's just one way of curating what you see
basic encryption?
When someone accepts a follow request, they then just perform a key exchange for the prior posts' keys using the follower's public key
When a private account posts, it just needs to then allow access using the list of followers and their public keys
Beyond that it's optimisation
wdym you can only cast the specific spells that the System grants you access to, and it's all random/you have no control over what's available.
You have to spend "mana points" to cast things? ๐คจ Like not to power the effect, but just to make an incantation you could just... know...

Having read a fair amount of LitRPG, I really think that this feeling I get as someone who learnt how to program and is now watching a generation of people who can only code using LLMs, must be exactly how wizards would feel watching a generation of people who can only cast magic using the System

the AAA games industry also hates the AAA games industry, if their behaviour is any indication

videos would be a point cloud of these I guess?
Would be cool to visualise a video like that, do PCA on it or rotate through the axes
I've had this visually, when I was making a game with a frame rate of 12fps and convinced something was overriding it to 30 or 60, but upon reviewing a recording frame by frame I realised I had just gotten used to it ๐
Would be interesting to see a meta-analysis of existing literature about this, like I wouldn't be surprised if there were studies showing it *does* work, but without comparison to any studies showing it *doesn't* work it's hard to make a strong claim either way

Back in my Jagex days there was a player who would bring packs upon packs of stroopwafels to Runefest and we'd be eating them around the office for weeks ๐คค
