Archivists Work to Identify and Save the Thousands of Datasets Disappearing From Data.gov More than 2,000 datasets have disappeared from data.gov since Trump was inaugurated. But analyzing exactly what happened and where it went is going to take some time.

Lots of datasets are disappearing from data.gov. This is a good time to preserve critical data stored with the .gov. This piece focuses on climate and environmental research and data, as well as diversity-related data. I've also talked to people who are worried about COVID data.
