"As God is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly!"
Our 1927 silent Charley Chase restorations, done for Kit Parker Films, are currently available for free -- on HBO Max and Apple TV+!
Hope that you have a chance to save, watch, and favorite all of them, perhaps the network will consider adding more vintage titles!

My partner walked by my work station:
She: "What the heck are you working on? Is this a horror film? That panda covering its eye looks possessed!"
Me: "No, dear, that isn't a panda, it is a backward letter 'e' in the film tail!"
However, it DOES look like an evil panda -- and cannot be unseen!
Just canceled Disney+, the parent company of ABC. I love Doctor Who -- but I love my freedom of speech even more.

If you want to find all the cops,
They're hanging out in the doughnut shop...
Buster Keaton is ready for his closeup!
What might have been: Curly-Joe DeRita, Moe Howard, and Emil Sitka portraying Larry Fine's brother -- Harry.
Neither Mr. Laurel nor Mr. Hardy knew what to expect when opening the Ark of the Covenant...
A timely tip from Superman:
Original dialogue slate from MY STARS (1926) starring comedian Johnny Arthur.

Buster Keaton, having a quick shave in his auto-boudoir, during the production of OUR HOSPITALITY (1923).
In 1988, I was able to meet Hal Roach Studios alums George "Spanky" McFarland, Henry Brandon, Rosina Lawrence, Jerry Tucker, and Virginia Karns. Also spent time with Dorothy "Echo" DeBorba, Ernie "Sunshine Sammy" Morrison, and Venice Lloyd, the wife of studio cameraman Art Lloyd. Good times!
"Yes! To be like the hu-man! To laugh! Feel! Want! Why are these things not in the plan?"
The unjustly forgotten comedy team of Bert Wheeler and Robert Woolsey. You haven't lived until you have seen DIPLOMANIACS (1933) or HIPS, HIPS, HOORAY! (1934).
Think of them like The Four Marx Brothers -- minus two.
