A2: I canāt think of anything thatās been too bad. I did buy one of those Nathan hand-held water bottles with a pouch. Too much of a hassle and I never use it. #runchat
I have a pair of those and I canāt run in them at all! They worked great though for walking the dog on icy roads. #runchat

Ran my first 10k of the season today! I took the winter off due to the incredible amount of snow and started retraining in April. Planning on a half in October. #runchat

Ohh itās the one I got for my half marathon in the Rockies! It was a plain round off-white disc that looked like chalk. Disappointing considering how much effort went into the whole thing. A mountain or something etched into it wouldāve made a world of difference! #runchat

I havenāt done one and I donāt think Iād enjoy it either! haha Iāve done a half and Iām doing another half this fall but I get bored and the training for that kind of distance takes over my life! Totally get it. #runchat
5k! Itās too short for me to get comfortable and set my pace so I end up wanting to sprint it and I walk away frustrated and tired lol Iād much rather do 10k+ when it comes to races. #runchat

This may be controversial but I loathe mornings! I know they are necessary for cooler weather and longer distances, but anything before 9am is a struggle and sets me up for a day of exhaustion. Rather an afternoon or evening run! #runchat

It was a very harsh and long winter here but I managed to keep moving and I ran 8k yesterday so overall Iād give myself a B. #runchat

Definitely going flat! I signed up for my second this fall and itās not running up the Rockies. lol Training will be significantly stronger even if itās a flat course.
