Space policy of the first Trump administration - Wikipedia

Science journalists: it’s not actually your job to be uncritical cheerleaders and propagandists for science and science policy. It is your job to inform the public about what is happening. Everyone should know about the Trump space policy directives!!!! 🧪 #scicomm

Moiya’s hand holding a copy of THE EDGE OF SPACE-TIME: particles, poetry, and the cosmic dream boogie. The cover is cream with a circle made of two very different halves. The left side is a black and white spiral image. The right is a rainbow gradient. They meet in the middle at a stark dividing line

I got to read an early copy of THE EDGE OF SPACE-TIME and I’ll loudly be recommending it to everyone who’s ever been curious about the cosmos. Both of Chanda’s books altered parts of my brain in the best way

Two cats technically cuddling. One is under a white blanket on the edge of a couch. The other is on top of the white blanket with his head and paws resting on the first cat!

I love it! I should probably go pre-order the new one . . .

I think it’s cool that some people focus on curing disease and some people focus on understanding what animals are up to and some people think about our place in the universe and how things came to be the way they are. People are driven by curiosity and I promise you you don’t want it any other way
