Party set up a quick plan to get around a set of soldiers that they successfully completed all the individual rolls to pull off. Only for one player to lunge and take a letter opener and stab the captain in the thigh, got retaliated against so hard, the new combat started with them downed.

Alien: Romulus

I need to use the word interesting less, it means nothing.

Romulus is an alright film for the Aliens series, I wouldn't call it particularly scary though. I think the climax at the end is really really good, but otherwise its just a serviceable plot with good effects.

Donnie Darko

Surreal, never seen this movie before. I see how it had some influence on Homestuck. This movie was a fun ride, I like Frank alot. The character of Donnie and his family is a fun dynamic, not to mention Donnie himself is an interesting protagonist to follow.

Kamen Rider Fourze

I love kamen rider fourze, just the power of friendship a lovable protagonist, and an interesting approach to monsters and their humanity.

Very addicting! There is something about working with your friends with collecting items and not breaking them that is so fun.

But it definitely does need more levels, alot more scenery more than more monsters, which I also look forward to seeing.

....Why is it a void?

The Truman Show

One of Jim Carreys best performances, the acting in this movie is in general amazing. This "perfect" world built for Truman being a stereotypical 50s esc conservative view of the world and the underlying misery Truman feels in it is so real.

This is a really good showing of OOOs, I love the new form the use of desire in the plot. The villain just doing weird shit and really caring how Eijis relationships matter. Very well done action scenes throughout

The 40th anniversary special, while its great to see Den-O again, alot of this special can be weird and the climax a bit messy. I still think its good but not the best showing for an anniversary
