Thank you so much David. 🙏😊 You're lucky to have some beautiful little residents! My locals have all been chased away by larger birds - Currawongs, Magpies and even Indian Mynas. I love the Magpies but would prefer to have the little birds back...

After the breeding season is complete, male Superb Fairy-wrens moult their breeding colours and adopt eclipse plumage. During the winter months the eclipse males lose all of their breeding colours except the blue tail. Here's one with a brown female.
