this was amazing! lol so my doctors have told me i don't qualify for metformin but nothing i do helps with losing weight so i don't know how that is possible. I have a lot of venison which is a leaner meat sooo I've been eating that. Also I loooove salmon.

My main issue is that I was recommended a mediterranean diet but that diet has very little meat and I'm not sure how to get enough protein without eating just cans of beans lol any suggestions?
